graphic card broken?!

Looks like graphics card. What model is it?
You could try reinstalling the display drivers, but it looks as if it's kaput.

 

Edit: Just realised the second screenshot was the BIOS screen. Yeah, that card is doneskis.

Looks like your GPU needs to be put down now. Tons of artifacts damn. Well I'd try reseating it but pretty much it's RIP.

How hot is your graphics card getting? I had a card a few years ago that would work fine, then start artifacting like that when it got hot during games. Check your video cables to ensure everything is plugged in correctly, maybe try different cables. If it's running at normal temps and you've checked everything above, it's more than likely going bad.

Have you flashed the card with a new bios at any time? Try using another HDMI port/cable or whatever port/cable you are using

I had same problems with my GTX 680 Windforce from Gigabyte and I baked it and it freaking worked. I sold it after a few months and then upgraded. It was an oven designed for that but people got it working even with normal ones. But dont make any food in the oven afterwards
