Duel E5-2670

Hello all

I play alot of accounts on android using memu (emulator)

I'm trying to be able to run at least 10 accounts at the same time. 

If I did a duel build on it in theory it should run 20 and some head room for os exc in the background.(16 core 36 threads) 

I'm running into is the clock speed of the CPU going to slow then down or will they run just fine?

(Yes graphics card will be installed)

Id stay away from those system today as a ryzen system will be about the same speed for a simmilar price with much newer features.

Ok wasnt sure..

But I know entry level on a threadripper will be 1800 min

Where I could do that one if it works how it needs too for about 600.
