Wattage wise it's fine, but I'd replace it anyways, there's a fair few problems with those units.

Seasonic FOCUS or maybe an RMx unit

Take a hard pass on the focus/related models if you have a choice. http://www.jonnyguru.com/forums/showthread.php?16430-About-the-Seasonic-FG-FPG

Hm. I saw a thread regarding this a while ago but assumed they'd fixed these as well. Shame

will be enough?

You can not pair an i9 9900K with a M12II you will need to buy a proper power supply of quality or you'll be at best scenario significantly shortening your CPU life span.

maximus hero XI

This has been constantly shown to be the wrose motherboard at it's price range, just refer to this quick video to summarize why it's the worse value motherboard for a 9900K

rtx 2070

This is the worse value RTX card of all, including the 2080 Ti.

It is nothing but an overpriced GTX 1080 when for much less you can get 1070 Ti like performance which is on pair by every mean from the RTX 2060.

If you want to high up the GPU tier on this price range you absolutely should wait for 7th July with Navi and RTX Super coming and bringing much more compelling alternatives.

Thank you so much for your replies and suggestions.

Can you guys give me exact unit/model to buy for the PSU aside from the FOCUS?? which can/might still be usuable in the future tech?

Guess I'll need to drop the Maximus Hero XI, @Princess Luna thanks for pointing that out.

Another question though regarding the cooler, I currently have Noctua NH-D15, should I upgrade that too? I'm not a fan of water cooling but you can suggest anything if it needs be.

Not without knowing where you'll be buying from. The prices and availability vary

What is the pc going to be used for ? You don't need a 9900K if just gaming for example. Spending less there means more money towards the gpu.

The D15 is one of the best air coolers so keep that. As for psu the Corsair RMx is very good. You also have the cheaper TXM. I would take a look at the psu tier list for a rough idea.

Also as mentioned above, I would hang fire until 7th July and see what Ryzen 3xxx offers.
