expensive gpu/balance build

hi,

i am planning on upgrading my current build:-

i have

intel                i7-8700k (oc 5.0ghz on air)

coolermaster hyper212 turbo

adata             8gb ddr4 2333 (oc 3000mhz)

seagate         baracuda 1tb

wd                 240gb

gigabyte         z370 gaming 3

corsair           vs550watt ps

corsair           spec-01 casing

logitech         G402

Asus              vz229h(60hz panel)

1-casing fan

my current requirement is GPU which i don't have installed because i didn't had enough budget for it back when i made my PC.

i have a budget of 400$ to spend.

i can either get

1-  gtx 1070(zotac amp extreme)

2-  rtx 2060(zotac amp)

3-  rx-580(used) with 240gb ssd and 16gb ram

my current requirement is to graphic designing/  video editing/  gaming(shadow of tomb raider stuff/fortnite)  / streaming games at 720p30fps

i currently borrowed my friend's 1070 and it worked flawless but i am still confused about my build and what i should go with.

help will be appreciated!

2060 is the most powerfull out of the cards you're looking at, i'd go for Nvidia because then you'll have NVENC codec which is very usefull for streaming, video rendering and recording

Hold on... To clarify, are you currently using a 720p monitor? Or you just stream to 720p?

yess! should i go with 2060 or having an extra 16gigs ram will help?  i dont feel the need for more ram tbh but i have heard some people say 16gigs should be minimum

I'd go for a 2060 first, 16gb of ram isn't that expensive if you feel that you need it later down the line you can upgrade it super easy, but a new gpu will make a huge difference. Especially a 2060

thankyou for the suggestion brother but in my country power supply and memory are not on msrp near prices mainly due to miners etc.

will consider vega but considering the new nvenc encoder the stream will benefit from it no?
