GPU annoying buzzing noise

Is this noise coil whine or something else? (The card is a GTX 1080 mini from zotax). And can I fix it somehow (when I switched the the card for a sapphire RX 580 there is no buzz):

yep, welcome to coil whine master race or not

 

only fix is to cover everything with coils with glue so they stop vibrating, not feasible at all

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

Google "coil whine", there are many ways to fix it, just choose something safe.
