RTX 2060 half working...

So, ive got my new pc and everything is working well except that when i want to open the nvidia control panel it says that no nvidia graphics card is connected to this monitor but when i go in the task manager i see my rtx 2060 functionning normally.Also, the intel uhd graphics are set as first graphic so when i play a game it takes that instead of the rtx. But if i want to change the order i need to acces to the nvidia control panel... Im a bit stuck and i need help to get out of this vicious circle!!!
