i5-4460/1050 TI Will be good for 2020?

I've looked forward to gaming in 2020 such as CybyerPunk 2077 and the new Flight simulator game from Microsoft. I have a Dell OEM micro-atx desktop since 2016 and upgrade the GPU later on that year. The computer itself can support 9.50 Inches video card at max. Can these survive in the next titles or should I upgrade? So here are the full specs:

 

i5-4450

16GB DDR3

1050 TI

120GB SSD

480GB SSD

1TB HDD

650w EVGA Bronze certified PSU

Depends on what you would call  "surviving". If you're fine with low details, sure why not.

720p high setting / 1080p low~mid settings @30fps shall be fine
