This is from your mobos manual:

■ 1x Killer E2205 Gigabit LAN controller*
* The Killer Network Manager is only available for Windows 7 and Windows 8/ 8.1 currently.

The supported drivers for other operating systems would be available on the website if provided by vendor.

They list this as the driver for your mobo:

they provide a script on their github:

cd ~
git clone git://github.com/mcgrof/compat.git
cd compat
./bin/get-compat-trees

cd ~
mkdir unified/
git clone git://github.com/mcgrof/alx.git

cd alx
./make linux

If you don't know how to create a script, honestly, please google it as I would just copy paste the answer from there anyway. People have explained it better than i could in the past. Or just run the commands manually

This did not fix the problem also i noticed some programs are complaning about it might be a firewall but i dont know how to configure anything of a firewall in manjaro or how to even disable it temporarly to try and see if it is the problem

well, I don't know much about this case but it sounds to me you're having a lot of hardships with the distro... might as well try another one

pop!_os finds the drivers and guide you in a sort of dumbproof way... you could install it and come back to manjaro once you've learned bash enough

or you could force your way through with some bash crash courses... and a lot of googling around, try arch linux wiki...

Are you using KDE, and if so, is your NIC set to auto negotiate?
