Best Budget 4k vlogging cameras?

Been told by a few different people a cheap go pro for would be fine but want good audio quality as well, would prefer to be able to use my xlr lavalier mics with the camera but that's not entirely necessary.

 

Any help would be fantastic.

why 4k? what phone do you have?

I would question the need for 4K as well. If you are Vlogging, the camera's pointed straight at you at close range; you will see every single imperfection in your skin in glorious 4K.

But if you want 4K, I would go with the Panasonic GH5; it has everything you need. 4K up to 60fps, 10bit 4:2:2 internal recording, IBIS, and both a mic jack and a headphone jack. There's also an accessory that allows you to hook up XLR jacks, and adds additional audio controls.
