No, it's not a low performer unless you're only comparing to other twin tower coolers.

You can see relative performance here:

What cpu, ram, and case are you using and why are you looking at this cooler in particular?

Where are you shopping / located?

I have a white phanteks P400s.

Crucial Ballistix sport LT. Running dual now but plan on doubling up. Might have to replace with something faster than 2400.

Because I'm going for a white out look and want a dual tower cooler.

Switching to 3800x in a few months. Might go further and change the case too. Wanted a Dark rock pro4 originally..but if this deepcool is good for 45$ and I can keep my white out why not?

The DRP4 is quieter but the Neptiwn V2's a good option if you mainly want cooling performance and a white cooler.

Too late.

It feels very well made.

Looks really nice in a white build.

Can't hear it inside the P400s.

Cleared my crucial balistix lt ram. Didn't have to raise the fan.

Max temps on 6600k @4.4ghz went from 64c on the Be quiet! Pure Rock to 58c on the Deepcool Neptwin White.

I think the idle temps went from 32c to 30c.

6 pipe 2 tower design.

Seems like a steal at $45.

Noctua just announced a series of white fans. Probably grab those when they come out.

Bumped it up to 4.5ghz. Could probably go higher but ima scared.
