Screen Tearing in YouTube with hardware acceleration enabled.

Hello, so I've noticed general instability within the Brave browser on the latest build. When playing back full screen video YouTube I am noticing screen tearing and occasional black flickering.

 

This does not occur within Chrome (w/ hardware acceleration enabled) nor does it occur when hardware acceleration is disabled in Brave.

 

I'm running the latest build of Windows (1903) and the latest Recommended AMD Drivers at this time. (19.5.2) These drivers were cleanly reinstalled with DDU after I updated to 1903.

 

My system specs are an R5 2600, RX 580 4GB, and 16GB of 2666MHz RAM.

I do notice the same problem in Brave . I do have the last version of Brave and last version of drivers to from AMD on 570 4GB but i believe the drivers from AMD cause this because i updated like today the drivers and the tear appeared on my videos on youtube and before i did not had them on previous drivers. Did you fixed yours?

Yeah, I moved back to Chrome. Lol
