I'd go for the Strix. Probably the best cooling performance and looks good IMO.

Honestly opinion means nothing when compared to actual cooling capability stats, so the only opinions that should be considered here should be about aesthetics.

 

If I feel that X GPU cools better than Y GPU, but Y GPU is an ROG Strix 2080Ti and X GPU is a blower 2080Ti, then my opinion doesn’t really mean much.
