Which 1070 ti

Hi, 

I found two 1070 ti's at €300:

Asus turbo and gainward phoenix. 

Since they have the same boost clock I was wondering, is one of them better than the other

Personally, I’d go with the Asus. More trusted and well known brand.

Thats a blowercard.... Why on earth choose based on branding?

 

Pheonix card any day. Wouldnt even suggest picking up a loud blower card

Out of those two options, yeah I’d go with the Asus, @GoldenLag it’s just my opinion. But, if I was looking for a 1070ti, I’d go used and get something like this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/EVGA-GeForce-GTX-1070-Ti-SC-GAMING-ACX-3-0-Black-Edition-8GB-GDDR5-Graphic-Card-/323799619120

So you would go for a loud card from a manufacturer who is wellknown for slacking at the low end (blower is low end) instead of a Gainward who is reasonably wellknown for creating decent cards even if they arent the most vocal brand.

 

Im just saying, judge the card, not the brand.

Yeah id look at EVGA cards or find a vega 64 nitro+. Though id not pay much of a premium.
