ACX GTX 1070 Hitting Power Limit

Hi, My EVGA GTX 1070 ACX card is hitting power limit like crazy, even at stock at 104% power target its hitting it wayy to much. I overclocked it to get better performance in games. Even then at 109% power target its still maxing out. My voltage is fine. And I'm getting good core/memory clocks, but GPU Boost is suffering because of that power limitgtx1070power.PNG.6c08850089a16976a5204b2b570adc5a.PNG

So if anyone can give me some tips onn how to control it without breaking my card or hurting anything, that would be very good.

lower settings in games or to buy a new videocard are 2 options that come to mind.
I can think of literally nothing else that would provide you with either less powerconsumption ( and with less i mean less on the load )

Lower core voltage.

8700K @ 5.2ghz 1.29V, 4x8 Rev.E @ 4040 13-20-20-39 1.7V.

Max out the power limit then
