Nvme ssd speed question?

If an nvme ssd has an advertised speed of 3000 reads and 3000 writes,  how long should it take in seconds to copy and paste a 3gb file from desktop to another folder in desktop?  Is it 3 seconds? Or another number?

approx 1 second or so, to do the actual transfer... might be a bit of latency though before it actually starts the transfer, so 2-3 seconds is more likely.... and that's in the best possible scenario ie. that there is a device that's being transferred to/from has the same capabilities with regards to read/write speeds.
