Btw incase youre wondering why i dont put my games on the ssd its actually cuz i usually dont have much space but i will free up some space and i will remove useless games from ssd so when i put gta i have alot of space left i will update you guys once i do this thanks

That screenshot doesn't show high CPU usage, it shows near-perfect CPU usage. Your PC is running fine, I don't understand what your issue is. GTA 5 is not the greatest optimized game. Your fps will fluctuate in GTA 5 when you go into and out of the city, especially online with your internet.

This is completely common and showing that in order for this to happen in populated lobbies, you need a better internet package.

Why can't you upgrade your internet now? It's like $10-$30 extra a month. You don't have to get the best package available, just something better than that 1 GB upload speed. Windows Defender is not gonna cut it when trying to find virus and malware. I use MalwareBytes and it does the job fine. It's free to use whenever you want to scan everything. As for the upgrade from the i3 to a Ryzen 5, of course that's an excellent upgrade but what good is it in online games if your internet upload speed is 1 GB? Upgrade your internet and call it a day.

@Dr. Historic Low you are right i need to upgrade internet i will  once i get my fibre set up so then i can get fast speeds also yeah gta was still the same but fc new dawn run much better on ssd. i will make my final call on this as im download rage 2 i will try it if i get issues then i guess that's my luck also i will try malwarebytes i have tried it before and it does wonders
