This is only my opinion and you don't have to listen to it but here it goes:

The market is brutal right now for selling used pc's complete. I even just recently posted the parts individually for sale on facebook and r/hardwareswap and its....tough. To get an idea of how to price the stuff individually, I used r/hardwareswap and ebay "completed sales" listing for the parts. I'd rather deal with local than all the paypal invoice/fees and shipping, but that has been equally draining. Lowballs that are downright insulting, as if they are a pawn shop. Looking at the specs of your PC, I can say that you would not like the valuation. I think that you would struggle to find a buyer for anything on that computer over maybe 50-100 bucks for the entire thing. If that windows OS was a retail license, Id remove it from the motherboard after getting the actual key from windows or a program like magic jelly bean finder, and then pull ssd/hdd/psu to build something else, assuming that they will be enough for another system. I'd google "how to check if windows license is transferable" and the first few results will show you how to check the OS license. If it is transferable, its the most valuable thing on that system and I got a retail Windows 10 pro license for $40.

So as you can tell, the entire system isn't worth much. Not a lot of people looking for DDR3 and a i5-2xxx series cpu in 2019. I'm not trying to be mean, but just telling you the brutal truth. I sold 2x8 gb pair of corsair vengeance lpx ddr4 2400 (16gb total) for 60 dollars this weekend locally. On r/hardwareswap that would have been 50-55 with shipping and paypal. Highest offer I've had for i5-7400 was 85 dollars before shipping and paypal hassles.I couldn't find a buyer for a gtx 1060 3gb  from a prebuilt HP 580-023W at 80 dollars, so I dropped it to 70 and am doing the deal with someone locally. These are parts from a 2017 computer and these are the market prices I'm getting.
