Both are not what I'd spend my money on. Also what boards?

500w EVGA PSU doesnt give that much confidence, check PSU tier list in the subforums

Random RX 580... You sure it's not used? also if it's an MSI Armor then embrace the loud cooler.

And the case is cramped and no good in airflow as there are too much panel than holes.

The second one wins by a mile.

I agree with @Jurrunio though, there must be some kind of middle ground. For example 500GB of storage is really rather restricting.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

The Ryzen build is better, and if you can get the 1600 for $90 it's a great deal for it.

500GB SSD is enough, grab a 1 or 2 TB HDD for additional storage when you can later.

Case is weak but you're not overlocking or needing to cool much.  Airflow is good to have but it's not going to put you in the danger zone for anything.

Enjoy your PC.  People in this thread are quibbling over a few FPS or degrees, nothing to worry about.

that's the first good price I've seen for a 6700k in a while.

Still, the 1600 gets my vote because AM4 has a hell of an upgrade path, depending on the motherboard you choose. What were you going to pair with the 1600?

That's the way to go then. Get the cheapest one with a VRM heat sink, the B450M Pro4-F is a good choice.
