Oh gosh, even if you turn v-sync off and can push more fps, your monitor won't go above 60-75(whatever you have it set to). May be best to leave v-sync on.

I know, thats what I'm talking about. 75 fps is the max I'll see, and that's totally fine for me.

Oh wow, you're out of luck. Most eBayers don't ship internationally. If they do, it won't get damaged. They'll package it real good. May be tough to find a seller that ships internationally though.

Then...

"No fps change. It just doesn't drop below 60. The fps is the same basically on high/very high and on normal/off with the very high textures. All games give me same fps for some reasons, ignoring the fact that I'm changing grafix settings"

is fine. A locked 60 or a locked 75 is excellent in any game you play on that monitor. Your issue is fixed and your GPU seems to be doing as expected.

Oh and btw when I mention buying used gpus I'm so confident cuz here in hungary we usually meet and we can check card before buying. So they can't really scam us.

Well that's a good thing. Maybe you didn't get scammed and all you needed to do in the first place is just lower graphic settings so your CPU doesn't bottleneck your GPU.

yeah, I did meet the guy. Just some dude who probably stole a bunch of 'em. But it's okay with me. I can't really know where he got them from. He says he got them from germany, Who knows.

Then again I've written to the guy that I'd want to get a sealed new or change it back. Cuz he still has it on the page so I suspect he still has some.

Stolen is better than used all day long. Especially if it's still in its original box. That leans towards it being new over used because used cards aren't exactly laying around to be stolen in their original box where as that's exactly what a new card would be doing, laying around in its original box.

Btw just a question, why do you say in your bio or pc specs, that you'll never use an ssd?

Because I'm fine with waiting 19-54 extra seconds for load times and I prefer TB's of space over GB's of space. Plus very few games really benefit from having an SSD rather than an HDD. Arma III is literally the only game I've ever played that benefits having an SSD instead of an HDD.

If these settings work with gta does it mean that I'll be able to play ONLY on these settings? They don't look that good...

They may not look good because you're gaming on a 900p monitor. You can play on any settings you wish but the higher you bump up certain settings, the less fps you're gonna be getting. If you'll tell me as many details that "don't look that good" as you possibly can, I can adjust the settings to that of your liking so you'll lose as minimal fps as possible.

I actually get the same fps on high and normal, but no matter what the settings are on, even on the settings you sent, I'm getting the most annoying thing ever. Some kind of shadow box or idk what is visible when the character moves. I think I'm gonna send you a video about it. But I think the glossy thing is over. But Idk how cuz the limit is 20mb

You gotta upload the video to YouTube then just copy and paste its YouTube link here. I'd have to see this "some kind of shadow box when the character moves" to know what that is exactly.

Most games have v-sync. And if your NVidia control panel Global settings is set to v-sync ON, then all your games v-sync should be on by default unless you set them to OFF in their .exe program settings in the NVidia control panel.

I'm sharing it on google drive.

This is because you have v-sync on and because you're using a 60-75 Hz monitor. So the same fps is a good thing and so is leaving v-sync on. A stable fps is what you're looking for. The higher you crank up settings, the less stable that fps will be. You'll get more fps drops the more you crank up the settings. The trick is to bump up what you personally want to look better and to not bump it up too high.

I know the fps is not 100 on the video cuz shadowplay wants to record in 720p 30 fps I think. But the problem is not the frame rate here.

I see the issue(even though it's barely noticeable) because I too have that issue. It's like a line on the ground that shows when you move forward or drive forward. I want to say the fix for that is Shader Quality. Bump it up to High and see if that gets rid of it. I keep Shader Quality at Normal though because it hits fps pretty significantly.

I'll put it on high and keep you updated. So is this like a global problem or something? It is REALLY annoying.

Lol, I'm not sure if it's global but I want to say yes, it is. I remember it being REALLY annoying too. Over time, you get used to it. As shown here, it was once an issue for me...

Is this the issue you are having? It's a line about 10 feet in front of the car on the ground. And btw, you can see in this video that my game looks excellent using those settings in 1440p resolution. This shadow line issue is the only issue I have. I'm completely used to it.

EDIT: I'm not sure if Shader Quality to High is the fix. I remember the fix was settings Shader Quality to Normal, not High. I'm gonna load up GTA 5 real quick and see what my Shader Quality is set to and if the issue is gone or not.

Something like that but in my case it is really annoying. Look at that curbside how there is that moving thing on it. Notice how the palm tree shadows get clear when I get closer. It is impossible to get used to I have gta v since february.

Changed shader to high, fps still 70-80 in sandy shores problem still occurring, those lines are still visible.

Yea, I don't think it's Shader Quality. I just know I don't have the issue anymore, I want to say it was more noticeable in 1080p, which is probably why you notice it even more in 900p. It should be something to do with the graphic settings though if you didn't notice it before. Try setting everything to High and see if it fixes it. If it does, then we know it's an individual graphic settings that's causing it.
