Remove the sticker so you can see what is behind "Model: ???????", then google the model number.

 

It looks like it came from an HP machine.

 

edit:  when you google the HP part number L17246-001, it comes up as a 1tb drive

hi this is not my ssd but someone selling it thats why i dont have anything else
