Sennheiser HD 4.50 vs PXC 550

I'm looking for over ear headphones with great sound but that also have decent to great noise isolation/cancellation. Should I get the PXC 550 open box for $130 or the HD 4.50 brand new for $145?

I would go for the pxc 550.
