Is RTX card still dying?

I am planning to buy Zotac RTX2080 AMP Extreme Core to replace my old GPU. The problem is that I am worry the RTX card still have issues of being dead or producing artifacts. Sorry for my bad english.

we call that a lottery, make sure everything related to keeping your warranty intact isn't touched or hurt.

that issue got resolved a while back. 

 

its  wroth noting you might be able to save some cash if the Radeon 7 is cheaper in your region. 

 

just buy whichever is cheaper.

Thanks for replying. Zotac brand has promotion for this month in my region. It is the cheapest 2080 card I can get.

I mean a lot of games like fallout 4 don't even run right on RTX cards so i would check to see if the games you like to play are supported by RTX cards.

Where did you get that from? I play F4 on my 2070

Pretty sure it got resolved a while back. 

 

So far, I've had no artifcating or issues with my 2070 since I got it. Granted, it's only been about two weeks, but still. I didn't see much about the issues still being rampant or a thing before I dropped about $700 CAD on it.
