Cheap video Card

first, I am looking for a cheap card. I am building a computer that will only run a Minecraft server, so all I'll need is a display output.

What CPU are you using? why not the integrated graphics?

 

If all you need is a display adapter you can the literally the cheapest second hand card you can find that supports the pci-e revision you need and has the display output... anything really even GT 710's

You can get a used gtx 960 on eBay for like $60 if you’re willing to go used. Otherwise I would grab a GT 1030.

I'm pretty sure that the best value low budget graphics card that you can get at the minute is the RX 570... Some of those cards are a $50

 cheaper than that card. And will certainly run minecraft.
