Stuttering issues on my pc

Hello, everyone!
I got a 6-7 month old pc and up until recently it was working totally fine. But a few days ago or mabey a week ago it started to have micro stutters totaly random not only when I am playing. When i am watching youtube it happens, when i am listening to some music as well.
And it doesn't have a pattern.

My pc has:

R5 1500X overclocked at 4.1

Msi B350 Gamimg plus

2x4 Gb Sticks of Patriot Viper Elite Red RAM

GTX 1050TI Overclocked

Kingtone SSD 120GB

Hatachi HDD 500GB (5 yeas old)

And a chieftech A-90 GDP-550C PSU

I've updated the BIOS
Uninstalled my graphics Driver with DDU and reinstalled them

Up until recently? I have no clue what this PC is doing, is it not powering on? Is it powering on but not outputting video?

So, I've seen defective storage drives cause issues with entire systems before, run a couple of checks on your old Hitachi drive to see if it has anything wrong with it.

If you haven't touched anything since the time it was working to the time it wasn't and gave stutters then I would say its the video card.  If you have touched your PC and installed something or drivers then you can do a System Restore and go to a point of time where things were working fine.  Let us know.

I would run Aida64 stability test and check GPU and hard disks and see if it can go for 1 hour straight without error or throttle etc.

I did checked the HDD with chkdsk in CMD and windows Error Checking as well

And did a windows memory diagnostic and a Mem Test 86 and no problem found

Well chkdsk is not enough to tell us exactly whats going on.  Do AIda64 like I suggested and let it run for 1 hour straight and well know whats up soon.  Were here for you and well fix this problem eventually.

Nope, you can get it and its trial version.  You go to Tools up top in menu then stability test and check all boxes GPU and HD and what not, and run it for 1 hour straight.
