I have 40$ and am trying to find a good keyboard and mouse combo lol

A little more than $40 but you can pick up a Red Dragon K552 on Amazon and a MM531 from Best Buy. Good products at low prices.

Eh, its ok I guess, I like the backlighting for my setups, (yes im gaming on a chromebook xD)
