I don't even know where to begin on this thing, dammit. RAM prices are at an all time low and you figured out how to find a 16gb set for $180. How the hell did you find that? You might consider a Ryzen build, with a motherboard that doesn't cost 307 damn dollars, and some cheaper peripherals. Like damn dude, this the polar opposite of a budget build.

Here's a MUCH better build for the price (I kept your key mouse/keyboard options as those are very personal choices, however I do think the keyboard is overpriced).

 

 

OR, If you want to save a bit more than this, the following build will perform about 10% less in gaming loads, but for a considerable cost cutting at the cost of sacrificing the ability to upgrade on the CPU:
