Clean PC Slow Download speed

Hello,

 

So here is my situation.  I pay for 200 down and 15 up.  On my PC which I believe is malware free my download speed will randomly drop from the normal 200 to 5.  It makes watching live streams impossible.  All other devices on my network function fine.  DNS is set to use Google's.  Any suggestions?

Just reinstalled them and did a DNS flush.  Seems to be working for now.  We'll see how long it lasts.  Thanks!
