New Compact Fanless PC

Hello, I was browsing on the internet and I found something pretty interesting. A company named Logic Supply has recently created a series of compact computers that are fan less and completely sealed and they are advertised as being very cooling efficient. I have no money to go and buy one to see if this is true, but I thought it would be a good video for Linus Tech Tips, as I would want to at least see this computer and how it works. I will add a picture of the computer and I will post their website so you can check it out.

Honestly I'm not surprised they can be fanless, considering they've just got celerons inside.

The trash chromebooks I use at school also have celerons inside, and they're cooled by nothing but a small copper heat spreader on the die, which dissipates heat into the keyboard (as long as the incompetent techs don't forget to put the heat spreader when they replace the keyboard). Even when mine didn't have a heat spreader, it still worked when it wasn't under a sustained load with zero cooling.

That is interesting, I have honestly never heard of a fan less computer that can actually do something. Now obviously there are things like the Raspberry PI which is a computer, but it doesnt have enough power to need cooling really, and it is not in a sealed case.

At my previous school, we had similar but pentiums. Also, dissipated into the bottom instead of the keyboard

These look to be for industrial automation, for automation of factory processes and stuff.

Yeah, industrial computers, more for infrastructure. Not for everyday computing, they probably work best with some sort of CL OS.

Linus made a video on a fanless pc that had top end hardware inside it, completely silent. OFC it was very expensive, and it weighed a ton, but pretty much anything can be cooled fanless if the heatsink is heavy enough.
