Just seems like a faulty boot device too me.

 

do you have multiple drives in your pc or just the one?

Did you install Windows when both of the drives were connected? If so, Windows has created bootfiles to both drives. Removing one will cause this. There are plenty of guides on how to "fix" this, but for me only repair install worked.

Try everything else first. Then, if those methods aren't working, do repair install. If that fails, do new install and save original files (thats what I ended up doing after 3 hours of troubleshooting).
