Looking into getting new phone

I currently have a Samsung galaxy note 8 and want to upgrade. My question is what is considered the best android flagship phone that I should get or should I wait because next Gen is coming out soon?

Honestly, wait for new Note and see if it's worth upgrading. Currently imo nothing is worth upgrading.

In real life probably not, but to be fair it is actually pretty faster. You get 60-70% more performance, new DSP, higher ul/dl speeds (didn't test that though), supports faster RAM etc. It's the actually the phones that don't offer big upgrades in rest of departments. Source: guy with 835 that used 855
