the lucifer k2 it's a 120mm not a 140mm like the v2 but is on the Tier  4 - High -End 140mm's list one more thin the k2 and v2 will performance same?

The performance is similar between the two since the heatsink makes up most of the performance. 

The tier titles are mainly a summary and not a hard rule.
