When I lock vcore to 1.3375 on cpuz I see that voltage stays always there and doesnt drop when cpu frequency drops. Although i see really good temperature results. On the other hand, with everything on auto, I noticed on cpuz some spikes at 1.465 volts and temperatures instantly rise at 64 degrees.. Should i lock it at 1.3375;

If you are not overclocking I would leave vcore on auto.

If if you are overclocking, run a few stress tests and see if it is stable. I temps are in good check (I always say under 80c) you are fine.

Use offset voltage rather than fixed/manual.. I leave my 2600 at a fixed voltage of 1.36 (I think), though..

How does it work? It just gets what voltage i would have on auto and subtracts the voltage offset?

Yupp.

What's your current CPU ratio? Your overclock?

Also for the record i have an MSI b450 gaming pro carbon ac. Is it good for overclock?

One of the best.. But now that you mention it, I don't think it has offset voltage. If I remember correctly, this is one thing Buildzoid complained about on MSI AM4 boards..

Anyway, you should be fine with a manual voltage, that's not even high.. If you're having temp issues then it's your cooler.. If you can lower the voltage and also remain stable then that's also an option that will reduce temps slightly..

I have my step daughters 2400G overclocked with manual voltage on the cheapest Gigabyte B450 board you can buy and it runs just fine.. Not sure what voltage off the top of my head, though..

They added recently offset option. So Im gonna stay at 1.344 (as cpuz says) or 1.3375 (as bios says) at 3.85ghz plus 1.15 i think on my gpu at 1500mhz. All safe right? My temps are perfect on those settings.

Should be okay, I don't know much about the GPU part..

It might have been LLC (load line calibration) that he complained about, I'm not sure at this point lol. Either way, if you're not having any issues I think you'll be okay..

With the Be Quiet Slim i was able to run 3.85mhz on CPU with 1.3v and 1500mhz on GPU at a 1.15v, all that on the cheap Gigabyte B450m DS3H, Oh and i was getting 70C at full load and 35C idle, droped 5C at idle and 15C full load from the stock cooler.

Main System: Ryzen 2700, Asus Crosshair VII Hero, EVGA GTX 1080ti SC, 970 EVO Plus NVMe, Crucial Ballistix 3200mhz CL14, CM H500, CM ML240L cpu cooler.

Second System: Ryzen 2400G, Gigabyte B450 DS3H, RX 580 Nitro+, Kingston A400 SSD, Team T-Force 3200mhz CL15

If it ain't overclocked it ain't good...
