Steam download problem

Hi guys, cant seem to update or download anything on steam stuck at 0 bytes, ive tried 

Changing the download region 

Turning off firewall

Reinstalling steam

Verifying integrity of files

Repairing files

Clearing download cache 

 

I dont know what else to do please help

start > run > cmd : ipconfig /flushdns

restart pc , restart modem / router (unplug for at least around 10 seconds then power again) to have things (ip, dns etc) refresh, re-retrieved from your ISP

start steam, retry

It happens sometimes to me too. Normally restart my modem and on and it works again like normal
