Do you mean that if you try to attach it to the top, the VRM heatsinks and/or RAM get in the way? If so, either return it and get an air cooler, or have a front rad.

If you don't have the clearance there's really no miracle to be made but use a different cooler, you can just fill that area with fans and use a high end air cooler to achieve good cold and silent operation.

 

It's important measure stuff even if it's a hassle to avoid these issues

Yeah the ram and heat sinks were getting in the way, but I found a workaround by placing the fans in the very top of the case and the radiator inside the case (has a little compartment In the top for airflow im guessing) 

Which has also increased the appeal of the computer as the radiator is black and the fans are a bit of a grey colour so it just makes the inside so beautifully dark with the tempered glass side panel. The temps seem ok as well so far, cpu has not hit 60 C in a stress test and the gpu hasn't hit 50 (tho did move the fan curve before testing it as the volume isn't that bad to begin with)
