Can you put oem keycaps on mx cherrys?

i realy love some of the custom keycaps from various artist but some of them are oem and im asking myself can you put a oemkeycap on a cherrybase or is there maybie a tool witch i can put a oem key on? im quite new in the custom keyspace and would realy like to know!

Depends on their design, it's hard to say without pictures.

Most OEM are cherry clones anyway.

As long as the switches have the standard Cherry stem (Cherry, Kailh including BOX, Gateron, Outemu, etc.) it should fit. One thing note if you plan on mixing keycap sets is the profile of the keycaps as OEM and Cherry have different heights and the each rows are angled differently.

im buying custom keycaps from artistans to fill my f row so the angle is absoluly not bothering me! exept when i see caps i wan tto buy for the main section of my keyboard!
