So this is kinda clear in the BIOS that the PSU is a problem, but i bet its just not stable that it causes the anti surge from mobo.

It seems obvious, your PSU seems to be failing. Is it under warranty?

idk the guy said its new and the problem occurs when the person change the PSU and GPU at the same time, exactly what i thought Shitty PSU (or just shitty 1 that you got randomly).

On another note, buying M12II/S12II 520W even 5 years ago was a bad idea, and buying it new today is a terrible one.

And I just know that the person Buy it used so it's so much worse than what I had thought originally and now I'm 100% sure it's the PSU.
