Best budget gpu for gaming?

I was trying to upgrade my gpu, since I'm in a tight budget to play modern games. Can anyone recommend me the best and the cheapest price gpu as possible? I was planning to upgrade my HP Compaq 8200 Elite CMT PC.

AMD RX570 would be a great GPU for you in that machine. You can get them for 125-150$

If the PSU isn't capable of 8pin power (probably isn't), then a 1650

Ryzen 7 3700X / 16GB RAM / Optane SSD / GTX 1650 / Solus Linux

Probably used Rx 460 that requires no power pin or used 750 ti
