About every 16~24 hours, i sometimes get some weird "artifacting", something like this that typically goes away after i refresh the page or put my mouse over something (it returns when i dont put my mouse over anything):

This started happening yesterday. I only have those images.

I already did a windows memtest and it breezed through with no errors. Heaven also breezed through, and i can play intensive games for many many hours on end without issue.

You could try DDUing your video card drivers and installing fresh new drivers. if that doesnt help, then your GPU is likely dying.

16-24 hours seems like a long time for your GPU to start artifacting.  Do you keep your PC turned on that long?

No; i typically keep it on for 12 hours. In real life though, it does happen once a day or slightly less interval which is why i'm using 16~24 hours.
