Light Minecraft Mod pack, Like Vanilla.

Hey

 

So I was just watching a video on Modpacks (2019), and the guy suggested  Vanilla Plus, It looked REALLY promising, I installed it, but the last time it was updated was 2015.. seems extremely outdated... 

 

Anyone know any mod packs that don't have any real uhh.. "tech" in them. I like one that keeps the basics, but adding ores and such... yeah..

EDIT: Also something on the newest update would be cool, I stopped playing in 1.7 (idk if thats possible).

newest update 1.14 is too new to have much mods if at all, but I'd recommend  minimap mod (Voxelmap) and performance optimizing mod (Optifine). Not sure if you still need crafting recipe mods, I've heard that Mojang removed the necessity for remembering the crafting recipes for PC.
