So i have a MSI Radeon RX 580 ARMOR 8GB and the Fans are not spining. They are supposed to start spinning at 60°C but i think that's to hot. Doing basic work like watching Youtube and emails my GPU is at 50°C. Is that fine for my Graphics card or do i need to make my fans run.

If i do need to make my fans turn on at a lower temperature how do i do that.

60c is completely fine.

if you want to change how the fans spin then you can download msi afterburner and set up a custom fan curve. you can use it to monitor temperatures in game to make sure you're getting good temps(anything below 80 is ideal, 80-90 is still fine though). Here's a tutorial on how to set that up.

60c is 100% legit fine. The GPUs under full load get up to 75-80c on average, if not hotter. If you don't like it, download MSI Afterburner and set a custom fan curve to force the fans on earlier or to have them on at all times.
