last week I bought a new pc. Con: Rayzen 2400 g - ram 16 gb - mobo  asrock - psu antech 600 watt - ssd 240 gb - hdd 1 tb ( No graphic card ). I'm using  32" tv as my main monitor. The resolution of my monitor is 1366*768. Fifa 19 wasn't played smoothly.... I want to know why Fifa 19 is lagging on 720 p tv or  you can call it monitor.

Looks like you should expect around 60fps on 1080p high, so even higher with the lower res:

What speed is your RAM running at and what do you mean by lagging? What is your fps?

In 720 p monitor at low setting... I got around 20-25 fps

Did you install the Vega 11 drivers? something sure sounds wrong here.
