Whats the best gpu for my $?

FupaMaster

I'm in the market for a better GPU (replacing rx570) I have a max budget of $500 (370 USD) or should I just keep the rx570. And if I keep the 570 what should I upgrade my system with? current system specs at the bottom.

maybe upgrade the psu to 550 watts and upgrade the cpu to a ryzen 1700, and get a 2060 gpu

you really cant do much for $370 usd...

sell i3 for 8400/9400f.

only upgrade path for 570 is rtx2060 (or upcoming navi in q3), all other options are minor upgrades and not worth it.

I mean... Vega 56 and 64 are both good paths.

The steps you could take from the 570 worth your time would cost a bit more. That said, I'd save just a few more dollars and buy this:

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/h766Mp/gigabyte-radeon-rx-vega-64-8gb-video-card-gv-rxvega64gaming-oc-8gd

The Vega 64 is pretty comparable to an RTX 2070 for (in this case especially) a much better price.

This one is factory OCed with a pretty nice cooler on it. It's gonna be badass.

That said... I'm inexperienced in i3's but this might be too much GPU for that to handle.

The PSU is not one I'd combine with a Vega, considering it's a low end unit and Vega has peak draw issues with low end PSUs, so unfortunately the great value of a Vega card would have to coincide with a better PSU.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Used 1080’s can be had for much less.

But that cpu isn’t gonna handle a decent card.
