Freshly installed Windows, only C disk is visible (I have 1TB)

So I did "clean" install I guess and I have only C disk(~250gb) but no D(~750gb...) I don't understand where is it? I have 1 HDD (it is 1TB)

Go to disk management and see if the hard drive is initialized (given a drive letter). If not, right click, simple partition, etc. and it will show up.

 

Although I have to ask.. Is there data on the drive? Because I don't remember if that actually formats it.
