My freind wanted a 400$ pc for gaming and all the ones i found are junk so i decided  to build hime one,is this a good psu for it?

The budget needs to be raised.

 

$400 is too low, just being realistic here.

I own GTA and crysis is pretty well understood as to how demanding it is. What YouTube videos have I been watching too much of?

That just makes your point moot, what keeps an RX 570 and Ryzen 3 from running crysis at a playable FPS and detail level?

It should run most games pretty good at even high settings. AAA games will probably only be at low-medium, but the RX 570 is definitely not bad, on par with a 1060 3gb

Actually no, it wouldn't take much more to actually put together some quality parts so the PC will actually last and have some upgrade future without have to replace parts already bought.

being realistic i can do just fine with around 420 bucks... not everyone needs top end of the low end (which is stupid to buy, but that aside)
