Good VPN?

So i am trying to RMA my Alienware laptop, but i am out of country for a short while, and my warranty will finish soon, so trying to start process before i arrive back in the US. 

I just want to know if you have any recommendations for a vpn for this purpose , cause they track location and refused service, 

i am currently in Caribbean, and address in states is New york 

wanted to use PIA, but friend uses Express and told me thats good, unsure since havent used either, used Tunnel bear before , but didnt have a good time with that 

PC: Alienware 15 R3  Cpu: 7700hq  GPu : 1070 OC   Display: 1080p IPS Gsync panel 60hz  Storage: 970 evo 250 gb / 970 evo plus 500gb

PIA is what I'd buy. Nord has turned shady iirc

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
