I have 3200Mhz Gskill ram.

Task manager says I'm getting 2133Mhz

CPU-Z says I'm getting 4100Mhz NB Frequency

and 1066.7 DRAM frequency.

XMP makes my CPU hotter.

You need to enable XMP or set the timings/freq manually or else it won't run at 3200.
