How do I take this screws off

Ok so I decided to clean my pc today and when I was about to remove the fans. I notice this strange screws. I have no idea what to do. So I hope u guys might know something.

 

fans: 120mm addressable dual light loop RGB 1200rpm fans

They aren't screws.

The pin in the center needs to be pushed in or pulled out so that the four quarters can retract and fit through the hole to remove the whole assembly.
