The build would be better with a 2x16GB memory kit as that would leave open two slots for an upgrade. 

 

Buying two dual channel memory kits is fine unless one mixes up the modules. Then there is a small chance that the ,memory will not operate in dual channel mode. If one is filling all four ,memory slots at the same time, getting a quad channel kit, i.e. 4x?GB, would be optimal.

 

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Didn't say it wouldn't work. Just cautioned about the small chance of not getting dual channel operation if the modules are mixed up.
