i think some context would be good, where is this from, what is it regarding, etc.

Generally the strange characters � show up when there is a failed conversion for symbols. Specifically the code is:

U+FFFD��REPLACEMENT CHARACTER

The most common failed character is é as in cliché, but I also find this for ñ as in piñatas, but there are plenty of other failed conversions that it could be indicating.

this morning i wake up with an email from ubisoft that someone connected from china to my account and it was an ip there. when i tried to connect to that ip this text was written. when i inspected the connection the server would just tell status: error 500. i m just curious about it
