Discord Cutting out Randomly

Hi, so I've been having this issue for a while, and have found no working fix. Every now and then, the person I'm talking to cuts out, regardless of whether they have the auto voice sens on or not, as well as if we're in a server or not. It is extremely annoying and has carried across between 3 different computers, 3 headsets, and I have no clue what is causing it and what I could do to fix it. If anyone has any suggestions, please tell me! Thanks in advance for any help that you may be able to give me!

 

Edit: I've tried changing regions as well.

What about the Internet Connection??
That seems to be the only thing remaining.

 

Does he use WLAN?

Not sure, but they say that this problem doesn't happen to anyone else they talk to.
